Product Description
It consists of load frame, hydraulic system, single-channel servo controller EDC580, computer, and grips.

It consists of one-way valve, magnetic valve, grip pressure governing valve, grip pressure meter, grip rate governing valve. Magnetic valve governs clamping and release of hydraulic grip; one-way valve governs oil path direction for clamping and release of hydraulic grip. Grip pressure valve governs pressure of hydraulic grip; Pressure is shown by pressure meter.  When pressure of grip is 21MPa, clamping capacity of hydraulic grip is±100kN. Users may adjust grip pressure valve depending on material and size of specimen, preventing pressure too much from damaging material, or preventing pressure too small from slipping.

Crosshead Governing Module:It consists of magnetic valve, crosshead elevation pressure valve, crosshead elevation rate valve, and crosshead elevation pressure meter. Magnetic valve governs elevation, clamping, and release of crosshead; crosshead elevation pressure valve can adjust elevation pressure, and pressure value is shown through pressure meter. Crosshead elevation rate valve can adjust elevation rate of crosshead. They have been regulated well before shipment, so in general, users cannot need adjusting. Modules see figure 2

Servo Actuator
Servo actuator is performance component of testing machine. Servo actuator consists of electro-hydraulic servo valve, 3μfilter, LVDT displacement transducer, and pressure and return oil line accumulator. Before shipment, accumulator has been filled with nitrogen gas. Suggest that users fill in nitrogen gas once per two years. Accumulator cannot be filled with oxygen gas, compressed air, and other combustible gas, or resulting in blast. Gas pressure should range between less than 90% of minimum service pressure of system and more than 25% of maximum service pressure. When servo actuator is running, surface on piston rod forms a layer of oil film, which is available to improve service lift of servo actuator. If precise filter mounted on servo actuator are long-term used, jam can take place. When the jam piles up to a certain extent that reaches preset value, alarm on liquid control cabinet goes on, which sends alarm signal to user to warn user to change filter core. Recommend that users change core of filter per two years. Don't remove servo actuator without informing manufacturer.
