Load Frame Structure: The load frame is tower structure, crosshead is supported by two columns on the base, and is tighten by screw cap. Upper platen is mounted on the screw rod of crosshead, motor driving worm shaft, worm shaft driving worm wheel, then rotate screw nut, and driving upper platen on screw rod up and down. Oil cylinder and piston is at the center of working table, sphere base and lower platen is on the working table. The round reticle of the lower platen is convenient to the operator to place specimen.
Measuring System: This machine is mainly consisted of load frame, oil source integrated control cabinet, computer and printer etc. It adopts hydraulic loading and manual control, oil pressure transducer to measure the load, . PC screen display the test data and curves, with data storage and print function, the database file is convenient for the user to transfer into ACCESS and EXCEL for further analysis.
