Part I. Brief Introduction of LW-300
LW-300 adopts a horizontal frame construction. The test load was conducted by a single rod piston. It adopts load cell to measure the test load, computer to control the test process. The test result can be analyzed and saved automatically t. The test space could be adjusted according to the length of specimens very easily.
This machine is mainly used to the tensile test of kinds of steel wires and ropes. It is an ideal testing machine for steel wires and ropes production, quality control and R&D lines.
Part II. Technical Details
LW-300 is mainly consisted of load frame, servo hydraulic oil source system, control system, electrical system, control cabinet and connecting accessories.
I. Load Frame
The load frame is mainly composed of oil cylinder seat, piston, moving clamping heads, back moving crosshead and load cell etc. Oil cylinder is installed on the cylinder seat; moving crosshead is furnished on the end of piston; back moving crosshead is fixed to the load frame by a locking pin, and the load cell is mounted on it; another clamping head is equipped on the front of backing moving crosshead. The specimen is placed between these two clamping heads to conduct the test. By the adjustment of locking pin, the backing moving crosshead could be moved along the track to adjust the test space by every 500mm.
During the test, computer controls the direction and flow rate of servo valve to control the moving of single rod, double acting low friction piston cylinder to make the clamping head move front and back so as to conduct the test load.
